Another Winter Scene
What can I say? I live in steamy Houston & miss the cold & the snow (but not driving in it!) , so I do a lot of winter scenes.
The above is my take on a tutorial found HERE at Mona's Graphics. It was used as a weekly challenge by my graphics group. Of course I had to "personalize" it. :D
If anyone wonders why the snow is moving, but the truck isn't, the truck got stuck in a pothole covered by the snow.
