Click on the Animation Wizard Button (shown by the red arrows), use these settings.Then click Next.

This is where you add your frames you just made. Make sure they are in 1-2 order. After you click Next, the Wizard will 'build' your animation & place the frames on the screen for you to preview.

RIGHT CLICK on Frame 1. Go to Frame Properties. Change the time to 35. Right Click on Frame 2/Frame Properties. Change the time to 50. Click on the View Tab/Animation to preview. If the 'flashing' speed is how you like it, leave it alone. A lower number in the Frame Properties will make a faster flash effect.



Now go to File Tab/Save As. Name your animation & choose where to save it. It will be saved as a .gif by default. Let the Wizard use the default settings, since there is no transparency or drop shadow to deal with. That's it!
